The Program Manager's position is responsible for every aspect of the U.S. Air Force Global Enterprise Sustainment Program, also responsible for the management, oversight and overall administration of the U.S. Air Force Global Sustainment Contract, which supports the U.S. Air Force's Enterprise Land Mobile Radio System (ELMR).
